系统的学习我不知道.但四六级的经验我是有的.当年还报了班.辅助加强.但要做到几个要点.
第一步，记单词，每天记至少20个单词，第二天先复习这20个单词后再新学20个
(可以根据个人能力，有的人一天可以记50个到100个，随着经验的积累，记单词的速度也会越来越快)，时间越久，你要复习的单词就越多。
第二步，做历年四级真题。
做题时要当作是考试，规定2小时时间。做完后对答案。把每道题都要弄清为什么是这上答案。
并且把每道选择题里的四个选项的单词查字典，弄清四个单词的区别。
第二天再重新做一次这份试题，看你能对多少。别忘了复习前几天的单词。
词汇量有了，能区别单词了，阅读能力自然提高。
一定要天天复习。这样肯定有很大的提高。
