朱美芳（国科大教授）的个人简介

朱美芳，女，中科院研究生院（现中国科学院大学）教授，博士生导师，中国物理学会理事， 中国物理学会非晶态固体专业委员会委员。

人物经历

朱美芳，女，1962年毕业于清华大学无线电电子学系半导体物理与器件专业。现任中科院研究生院（现中国科学院大学）教授,博士生导师,中国物理学会理事, 中国物理学会非晶态固体专业委员会委员。

研究方向

1. 半导体光电子和大面积电子学中薄膜材料与物理；

2. 非晶和纳米晶硅中缺陷态分布和电输运性质；

3. 硅基复合膜的室温可见光发射材料与物理。

主要贡献

工作业绩

长期从事半导体物理的教学和研究工作。讲授高等半导体物理，非晶固体物理，固体物理等研究生课程。承担及完成国家自然科学基金重大基金课题，国家自然科学面上基金, 中法、中波国际合作项目等诸多项目。负责国家重点基础研究发展规划项目(973)"多晶薄膜材料和电池的探索研究"课题,国家自然科学面上基金"多晶硅薄膜的低温技术与沉积机理的研究"，以及中法先进材料合作项目"微晶硅薄膜中电输运性质"等课题。曾应邀在美、德、法、日、比利时、意大利、荷兰、瑞士等国讲学。在国内外主要期刊发表论文80余篇。已指导博、硕士生10余名
