研究方向

磁性地层学、岩石磁学、沉积地质学 综合应用磁性地层学、岩石磁学和沉积地质学方法,对中、新生代沉积盆地进行定年,建立晚中生代以来重要沉积盆地的年代框架,致力于白垩纪陆相地层与海相地层的对比、亚洲新近纪陆生哺乳动物年代学、早期人类演化与环境变化的关系以及粉尘堆积与环境变化的岩石磁学指标等科学问题的研究。

奖励荣誉

国家自然科学二等奖(个人排名第四,2006年)中国地球物理学会青年科技奖(个人奖,2006年)中国地质学会第十二届青年地质科技奖“金锤奖”(2009年)

2021年6月,入选2021年中科院杰出科技成就奖。[2]
