主要成就

1、在应用基础研究领域，围绕生物体内复杂的生理屏障，从物理药剂学角度出发，开展了新型功能型载体制剂的设计及其克服生理屏障机制的研究。揭示药物载体的物理属性影响其输运效率的规律和微观机制：发现形状、刚度等属性影响载体输运的规律，阐明了棒状载体“旋转-跳跃”微观运动方式和中等刚度载体“类棒状”微观运动形态是其高效输运的机制。

2、在高端制剂的临床转化及产业化领域，重点开展了口服创新制剂以及新型脂质注射剂的研发，取得了多项成果。采用自主专利技术开发的格列吡嗪控释片等渗透泵控释制剂已获准上市；基于促吸收技术和缓控释技术研发的1.1类抗癌新药谷美替尼片剂和抗老年痴呆药物石杉碱甲控释片已获准开展临床研究；具有抗炎效果的鱼油纳米乳注射剂已在自主设计的生产线上实现了规模化制备，即将获准上市。[1]

科研成果

主持和参与了多项国家自然科学基金、国家“863”高技术重点项目子课题、“重大新药创制”科技重大专项以及中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目等课题；围绕相关研究领域，在国内外权威期刊发表研究论文30余篇，其中SCI收录20篇；参编专著3部；申请中国发明专利37项（4项美国专利），获得授权16项，多项被企业应用。

此外，在口服控释制剂、眼用乳剂和注射脂微球等新型药物制剂研究和开发方面，累计获得7项新药临床批件、1项新药证书和上市产品4个。
