朱庆华

人物经历教育经历

1985年南京大学理学士、1987年南京大学文学士、2001年南京大学管理学博士。1990年4月至1991年9月，赴日本庆应大学留学进修；1997年10月至1998年10月赴日本筑波大学访问研究。

工作经历

1987年起在南京大学信息管理系工作，现任情报学教研室主任。[2]

2002 年被聘为情报学专业博士生导师，2004 年被聘为工程管理学院博士生导师。

2010 年4 月-5 月为台湾东吴大学企业管理系客座教授。主要学术兼职有：国务院学位委员会图书情报与档案管理学科评议组成员、中国科学技术情报学会理事、中国社会科学情报学会理事、中国信息经济学会理事、国际信息系统协会（AIS）会员、美国信息科学与技术学会（ASIST）会员。

科研成就

2000年以来，主持或参与20余项国家、省部级等科研项目，如国家社科基金项目——“网络信息资源评价指标体系的建立与测定”（04BTQ023）（已结项，成果鉴定为优秀）、“我国信息战略中的数字鸿沟问题研究”（02BTQ016）；科技部重大科技基础性工作专项资金重点项目（2003DEA4T035）“中国数字图书馆标准规范建设”子课题——“基本数字对象描述元数据规范”；国家信息化推进工作办公室项目——“中国互联网络信息资源数量调查”；教育部软科学重大项目——“两岸四地研究型大学比较研究”；江苏省软科学研究重点项目（BR2005006）——“促进江苏咨询业发展的政策措施”、南京市留学回国人员科研资助项目——“南京市信息网络建设研究”；“日本信息通信政策研究及其对中国的启示”（日本住友财团基金会资助项目，068285）等。在研课题有：“互联网用户群体协作行为模式的理论与应用研究”（2010年国家社科基金重点项目，10ATQ004）；“SSME视角下江苏省创新型电子服务模式与对策研究”（江苏省高校哲学社会科学研究重点项目，2010ZDIXM022）；“Web2.0环境下用户生成内容（UGC）激励机制与评价机制的设计及协同研究” (2009年教育部人文社会科学规划项目，09YJA870014)等。2005年以后已经独立或合作出版著作6部、发表学术论文80余篇。
