人物经历

1998/09-2002/06,华中农业大学植物保护系,获农学学士学位。2002/09-2008/06,华中农业大学生命科学技术学院,作物遗传改良国家重点实验室王石平课题组,获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2008/07-2010/06,山东农业大学,植保学院植物病理学系,副教授。2010/07-至今,山东农业大学, 植保学院植物病理学系,教授。2012/09-2013/08,美国密西根州立大学,植物生物学系,Shengyang He(美国科学院院士)实验室,研究学者。

研究方向

研究领域与方向:植物与微生物互作及其次生代谢物质研究

1)植物(水稻、番茄、马铃薯、玉米和烟草)种质资源挖掘及利用,植物寄主和非寄主抗病基因、抗病相关基因及抗病QTL的鉴定和克隆,植物抗病信号和抗病分子机制解析,植物抗病新品种培育及转基

因品种安全性评价。

2)病原微生物与植物互作(黄单胞杆菌与水稻互作,纹枯病菌与水稻、玉米互作,晚疫病菌与马铃薯互作),分泌蛋白和microRNA的鉴定及与植物基因之间的互作关系,两者介导的信号传导途径和作用分子机理。

3)植物次生代谢产物(类黄酮、咖啡酰奎尼酸和花青素)调控与植物抗病。

4)有益微生物丛枝菌根真菌对植物的矿质元素吸收、抗病反应以及生长发育的促进效应及分子机理研究。

主要贡献

近年先后承担国家自然科学基金、全国优秀博士学位论文专项基金、山东省农业重大应用技术创新项目、山东省英才基金、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项子课题、“863”计划专题等课题十余项。获国家授权发明专利19项,在申请国家发明专利11项和国际专利PCT1项。在《Plant Cell》、《Molecular Plant》、《Plant Physiology》和《Plant Biotechnology Journal》等杂志上发表论文40余篇,其中SCI收录论文21篇,累积影响因子95.931,论文被SCI引用总数达753次,其中单篇最高引用252次。主编专著1部,参编专著3部。
