张增星的个人简介

张增星,男,1980年02月生,博士,现任同济大学物理系研究员,博士生导师。?

人物经历

2002年毕业于南开大学物理系,获理学学士学位;

2007年毕业于中科院物理研究所,获凝聚态物理博士学位。

之后先后在美国University of New Orleans, Rice University, University of Utah进行博士后研究。

2011年3月加入同济大学物理系,为研究员,博士生导师。

科研方向

研究方向:

(1)二维晶体与新型纳米器件;

(2)器件物理;

(3)新型储能材料与器件。?
